Today, it provides jobs for more than 80,000 people and generates upwards of £8.5 billion in revenue. Typically, consultants are experts in their industry, and have either retired from successful careers or are still actively working in relevant roles.
A wide range of diverse UK firms offer consultation services. While some specialise solely in management, many others offer expertise related to outsourcing, IT, energy, and a host of other specific business needs.
