T&C's for participating in the Agency Central Social Leaderboards

Agency Central's leaderboards are intended as a way to show how much influence someone's social accounts carry, based on scores pulled in every week from Klout. If you wish to see how Klout works, please visit https://klout.com/home

If you are already a part of our leaderboards, or would like to join in, then please follow the points below to avoid any issues that might result in temporary removal. In order to participate in Agency Central's social leaderboards, please follow these few simple guidelines.

Our aim is to show true social engagement, so whilst we respect a company's right to run competitions and incentives to improve their followers, we don't feel this is a true reflection of a company's social engagement and we will temporarily remove their listing from our LeaderBoard where we find this taking place. This covers all Social Media platforms including Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, LinkedIn, Pinterest and any other service that is now, or in the future, used by Klout when determining a social score.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Purchasing or exchanging Tweets, re-Tweets and Likes
  • Use of any service that falsely and significantly or disproportionately inflates the number of Tweets, re-Tweets and lIkes
  • Use of any service or technique that would be considered against Twitters TOS

You cannot run multiple accounts that engage heavily with each other in order to gain multiple top spots.

While we cannot dictate what anyone posts on their own social profiles, we would not condone anyone involved in racism, hate speech, drugs, sexism or anything else that might be deemed as offensive to others.

Failure to adhere to these rules could result in you being temporarily, or even permanently, excluded from participating.

Any decisions that we make are final.

Agency Central reserves the right to change how we calculate the order of the leaderboard system.

These boards are not intended as an endorsement of any kind by Agency Central.

If you have questions regarding the leaderboard or would like to discuss anything else of concern, please contact us.

Please note that these Terms and Conditions of use can change at any time and without prior notice. Please do check back.
