Steve Ball Recruitment Ltd offer a professional service to a wide range of organisations in both the Public and Private Sector. Using modern technology we can genuinely work throughout the UK and have filled roles all over the UK over the last few years. We are happy to work on both permanent and temporary roles. The permanent roles that we work on usually start at £20k and go up to senior roles in excess of £100k. We do not have the overheads of some of our competitors so we feel that our fees are extremely competitive. The fee for a permanent placement would range from 10 - 13% depending on the role. A standard rebate is available and Terms of Business can be sent out on request. Our clients in the Private Sector include large organisations with a T/O in excess of £100m and also SME's who are expanding. Sectors include , but are not limited to Construction, Manufacturing/Engineering, Property, Finance, Rail and Environmental. In the Public Sector we work with the NHS, Local Authorities , the Education Sector and a range of other bodies. We are able to access candidates using our own network but also through searching the databases of some of the UK's largest job boards. Also, roles are advertised at no cost to the client.
