A consultant from recruITment would meet with the client to discuss the vacancy at their premises and the following activities would be carried out wholly by the consultant. Advertise role on job boards/cv search/headhunt. Review all applicants and shortlist candidates based on their skills matching the requirements with those detailed in the job description. Interview candidates using interview techniques relevant to the vacant position. Present CVs of suitable candidates with a brief report on our findings during the interview process. Arrange interview with candidate on behalf of client. Receive feedback from client following interview of candidate(s). Provide outcome of interview to candidate.
