Ocala Healthcare was launched in November 2017, using our own professional care experience as care workers, registered managers and recruiters we are able to identify and source the best available talent to support care services. We support services with recrutiment of staff for all levels, from management to care workers. We believe the top 10% of candidates for available positions are not looking for work. We follow our bespoke recruitment process to head hunt and attract those candidates to your position.


Ocala Healthcare was launched in November 2017, with it's ambition of valuing it's care team better than any other care provider. Using their own experience, Adam and Sam have created a service that understands and appreciates the role all workers perform to care for our communities. The actively seek to work with organisations that share our ethos on valuing care staff, to ensure continuity of service. We work with services to deliver temporary support to cover sickness and holiday cover, as well as long term staff shortages. This offers fantastic flexibility and is working directly with us. We also work with services to support them with their permanent recruitment needs. This offers guaranteed hour contracts with our selected clients.

Outside of health and social care.
