Having fully vetted, interviewed and personally checked the candidates references, we will send you a personal profile written by us. This is collated by our interview and comments from previous employers. Along with their CV, we feel this gives you a clearer sense of their personality. Once a candidate is selected by you, we take care of arranging interviews, If an offer is made we send a letter signed by both parties, and a contract if required also. We a start date has been agreed, only then do we send out an invoice. We continue to offer advice and support thereafter.
