Employers

We appreciate at Bailey Care how important it is to get the right individual for the right position within the health and care industries. Our teams have industry knowledge and first-hand experience which enables them to understand the qualities and values sought after during the recruitment process. Our care assistants and support workers all go through robust healthcare recruitment processes where safety and quality are key.
We can deliver the health care staffing solutions flexibility you need to meet your requirements – even at short notice – and we assign an experienced team member to oversee the relationship. We make sure your needs are met and if you happen to identify individuals who you would like to offer a permanent position to there's no hidden charges. And when it comes to the confidence to work with us, we have the quality measures of Care Quality Commission Registration and ISO 9001:2000 are in place.
