Headhunting, search and selection. We utilise the information gathered on each client and job brief by working as close to the hiring managers and talent acquisition as possible, gaining all relevant brief and cultural information to formulate a search that allows us to reach out to active, inactive and reactive candidates. With all candidates that have been identified, they will be interviewed both via telephone and face to face prior to resumes and profiles being submitted for each job opening. We arrange all interactions between candidate and client and are involved as much as requested during the process of interviewing and offer stages. We work best when communication is paramount, no stone is left unturned through our selection process meaning the client can rely on our services to select only the relevant and best fitting candidates to each brief given.

Temporary or temp to perm recruits.

Candidates

Agenda Partnership recruit only permanent or contract (interim) personnel. Each consultant works with their own client to identify the best talent and as such will mean interviews will be held with the consultant manager for that post. Interviews will be held over the telephone and face to face when required. If the role requires further information to collate to give you the best chance for interview and success (i.e sales figures) then this info may also be requested. Interview preparation - we are here to help you, no question is too big or too small, we want you to be as well prepared for interview as possible and therefore will take time prior to your interview to run through expectations and requirements per interview stages.
