Once we have a detailed brief to work to, we begin the selection process using a variety of attraction and sourcing methods. Formulating an initial long-list, we select the strongest candidates and organise to meet with them face to face before making the introduction and recommendation to you. Our meeting with the candidate usually lasts one hour and involves an in-depth interview to understand their previous work history. We also get a clear understanding of what their motivations are for seeking new employment and we understand what their perfect role looks like.
