You will have a telephone conversation with a recruiter who will discuss your job requirements and when we feel we have a job that matches your skills and experience but also has a great culture fit for you personally, we will then bring you in for a face to face interview.
We will keep you informed of your progress at every stage, and keep going until we find you a perfect job.

We will discuss full job descriptions, person specifications and company culture before advertising your role. We handle all applications, screening unsuitable applicants, telephone interview suitable candidates then arrange to conduct face to face interviews with candidates, then we shortlist and forward the shortlisted candidates to you.
Any CV's sent to you are for interview recommendation, we will keep sending you CV's and arranging interviews until you are happy and your vacancy is filled. We then keep in touch with both yourself and the candidate during the first three months they are employed.
