Scottish Institute for Residential Child Care	The Scottish Institute for Residential Child Care (SIRCC) is funded by the Scottish Executive and is a partnership of the University of Strathclyde , The Robert Gordon University, Who Cares? Scotland , Langside College and Save the Children.
