Psychometric Testing

Everybody wishes to he happy in their work. You need to find a job that suits your personality, meets your needs and helps you to achieve personal goals. Psychometric tests are used to identify the careers that you will enjoy.

No-one wishes to feel frustrated or unhappy about their chosen career path. You need to ensure that your abilities, personality and values are closely matched with your career path and the company you work for. Psychometric tests are very useful for this sort of assessment - they allow you to look, in detail, at yourself, show your strengths and weaknesses, help guide you to a suitable career and, hopefully, result in a well matched job.

What is a Psychometric Test?
A psychometric test is a way of assessing a person's ability or personality in a measured and structured way. There are 3 main types of tests: ability, personality and interest (although both personality and interest are more like psychometric questionnaires). Some tests are used by employers to help them in their recruitment process while other tests can help people with career decision making. Tests can be administered by pencil and paper or computer.
